Economics, Innovation, and Achieving Personal Goals: The Powerful 4th “YOUTH Salon” Networking Seminar Has Taken Place

On Friday, May 29, we organized the 4th “YOUTH Salon” networking event. This time, the focus of the meeting was directed toward future strategies and the global economy: “China’s 15th Five-Year Plan: Best Practice for Achieving and Surpassing Goals”.

The event gathered a wide circle of active youth and professionals united by an interest in Latvia-China cooperation, education, and new international experience.

Highlights and Key Takeaways of the Event:

Macroeconomic Insights: An exclusive insight was provided to participants by senior international macroeconomist Andrei Radulescu. His presentation on China’s 15th Five-Year Plan and its impact on global processes made everyone reflect on new economic trends and opportunities.

Business Practice: Mr. Deng Da, a diplomat from the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China, shared valuable best practice experience and a story about the “Suzhou Free Trade Zone”, providing participants with a real-life example of business and innovation development.

Personal Growth: In the creative part of the event, participants focused on personal growth and developed their own five-year plans. Under the guidance of Dr. Ņina Linde, attendees explored the “10 identity-based planning principles”. Youth learned to align their future goals with their personality and individual projects to turn dreams into real success!

We are pleased to see our youth’s desire to grow, learn, and understand global processes. Events like this once again prove that knowledge and friendship can tear down any borders and stereotypes and build strong bridges for future cooperation!

Sincere thanks to our brilliant speakers and every participant who brought their positive energy and curiosity!

We are already eagerly looking forward to the next meeting!
